Christmas dinner at Siljansnäs Hotel

With a classic Swedish Christmas dinner at its core, those who have enjoyed the same Christmas table favourites since childhood will not be disappointed.Our own input takes place in the form of sauces, pickled herrings and new dishes in addition to the traditional. Examples include lingonberry and star anise herring, blueberry pickled hake, meatballs with browned cinnamon butter, juniper-engraved char and homemade mustard flavoured with whisky.

For those who eat completely vegan or vegetarian or have allergies that significantly limit your choices on a Christmas dinner, please inform us in advance and we can prepare a Christmas plate with specially adapted dishes in consultation with you.

We serve Christmas lunch/dinner from 27 November up to and including 24 December. Thursday to Saturday.
