Wine evening
On November 7th, we will have the visit of Ann Hassel Gent and Bernt Gustavsson from Uncorked Wines! Ann and Bernt are wine importers based in Karlstad and work with small-scale European wine producers, focusing on craftsmanship and quality. https://uncorkedwines.se/
During the evening, we serve our six-course menu together with carefully selected wines from Uncorked Wines. Ann and Bernt guide us through the wines and tell us about the producers, the locations, and the thoughts behind each wine.
Dinner starts at 18:30 – limited number of seats.

The Weekend Package includes two nights' accommodation in a double room, an aperitif and a three-course menu on the Friday, a six-course menu on the Saturday, and breakfast on both days – SEK 1,995 per person.
Day 1 - Pre-dinner drink and three-course dinner.
Day 2 - Six-course tasting menu.

The autumn package includes an overnight stay in a double room, a pre-dinner drink, a six-course menu and breakfast – SEK 1,295 per person.

Christmas dinner
From 27 November up to and including 24 December, we are serving a Christmas buffet at Siljansnäs Hotell, Thursday to Saturday.
We serve a classic Swedish Christmas dinner, so you who have had the same Christmas favourites since childhood will be not disappointed. Our own dishes take the form of sauces, herring pickles and new dishes in addition to the traditional. Some examples are lingonberry and star anise herring, blueberry pickled hake, meatballs with browned cinnamon butter, juniper-engraved char and homemade mustard flavoured with whisky.
For those who are vegan, vegetarian or have extensive allergies, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare a Christmas plate of specially adapted dishes for you.

Celebrate New Year with us at Siljansnäs Hotel!
Our New Year package includes a five-course New Year's dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast. Dinner is served at 19:00.
1995:- per person (sharing a twin room).
And of course we have put together a lovely drinks package with bubbly to toast with at midnight!
At present, our New Year's menu is limited to guests staying at the hotel.
