At Siljansnäs Hotel, we want to create dining experiences that combine playful creativity with genuine, down-to-earth flavours. Our kitchen philosophy is based on highlighting local ingredients and seasonal flavours in combination with inspiration from both Swedish cuisine and global influences. During the summer, we focus more on traditional dishes with character, while during the rest of the year we offer exciting flavour combinations in the form of tasting menus and various dinner events.

Breakfast

Our hotel breakfast is served with everything from eggs and bacon to freshly baked bread, with a nice selection of cheese and charcuterie. You'll find something for every taste.

Lunch

We offer lunch for conference and group bookings. Please contact us by email info@silansnashotell.se or telephone 0274-233 00 to book.

Dinner

Most of the year, the restaurant is open on Fridays and Saturdays and on public holidays. If you are staying at the hotel on other days of the week, we always serve a well-prepared meal for dinner if you wish. The restaurant is open daily from 17:30 throughout the summer from 25 to 33.

Extended opening hours for groups and during long weekends and holidays. Open daily during summer.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 - 10:00. Earlier on request.

The restaurant
17:30-21:00 every Friday.

17:30-22:00 every Saturday.

Extended opening hours as above - if you are staying at the hotel, dinner is always available.
