Winemaker's dinner
On 20 and 21 March we welcome our friends from the Austrian wine producer Peter Paradeiser to Siljansnäs Hotel.
We offer a Winemaker's dinner with wine tasting of seven of their biodynamic wines combined with a six-course dinner.

On 27 and 28 March, we offer a Vietnamese tasting menu consisting of seven dishes with exciting flavours.

On 3 and 4 April, we will serve our Easter buffet.
Book your Easter buffet with us now and get an early bird discount 495:- per person, regular price 545:-. The offer is valid until 1 March.
Do you want to spend the whole weekend with us? Then you can book an Easter weekend package for 1995:- per person in a double room.
The package includes two nights' accommodation with breakfast, pre-dinner drinks and a three-course dinner on Good Friday and an Easter buffet on Easter Eve.
Premiere of the new spring menu!
10 and 11 April is the premiere of our new spring menu. The session starts at 18:30 and lasts for about 3.5 hours.

Weekend package
The Weekend Package includes two nights in a double room, a pre-dinner drink, a three-course dinner on Friday, a tasting menu on Saturday and breakfast both days - 1995:- per person.
Day 1 - Pre-dinner drink and three-course dinner.
Day 2 - Six-course tasting menu.
The weekend package can be booked every weekend from 17 April - 14 June.
Spring package
If you book the spring package Friday to Saturday, pre-drinks, three-course dinner and overnight stay in a double room and breakfast are included - 1195: - (per person)
If you book a spring package from Saturday to Sunday, the package includes a pre-dinner drink, a six-course tasting menu, accommodation in a double room and breakfast - 1295:- (per person)
Spring packages can be booked every weekend from 17 April - 14 June.
The joy of creation with Karin Stigsdotter
We welcome Karin Stigsdotter to Siljansnäs Hotel! Karin is a flower creator and florist with roots in the heart of Dalarna.
On 18 April, together with Karin, we invite you to an inspiring full day with workshops, flowers, lunch and dinner. 100% joy of creation and creativity in a lovely environment with miles of views. In the morning you get to put together your own bouquet and in the afternoon make a flower arrangement.
Of course, you can take your creations home with you. No prior knowledge is needed, time is limited and the number of places is limited - 10 places. Last day to register - 4 April.
