Christmas dinner
From 28 November to 24 December we serve Christmas dinner at Siljansnäs Hotel, Thursday to Saturday *Please see fully booked dates below.
We serve a classic Swedish Christmas table, so you who have had the same Christmas table favourites since childhood will be not disappointed. Our own dishes on the Christmas dinner take the form of sauces, herring pickles and new dishes in addition to the traditional. Some examples are lingonberry and star anise herring, blueberry pickled hake, meatballs with browned cinnamon butter, juniper-engraved char and homemade mustard flavoured with whisky.
For those who are vegan, vegetarian or have extensive allergies, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare a Christmas plate of specially adapted dishes for you.

New Year package
Celebrate New Year with us at Siljansnäs Hotel!
1995:- per person for accommodation (part in double room) dinner and breakfast. We serve a five-course menu starting at 19:00.
Of course, we have put together a nice drinks package with bubbly to toast at midnight!
At present, our New Year's menu is limited to guests staying at the hotel.
Midday burger
Take a little break between Christmas and New Year and come up to us! On 27 December, we'll be serving burgers and offering great prices at the bar from 17:30.
Only drop in applies so no table booking is needed. You are welcome to join us!
Mexican five-course menu
On 6 and 7 February we serve a five-course Mexican menu 395:- per person
Only 45 seats per day - the session starts at 18:30 and lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
Dinner with overnight stay in a double room and breakfast 945:- per person.
Japanese tasting menu
By popular demand, we are running our Japanese seven-course menu again, this time with two new dishes on the menu!
6 and 7 March, 45 places per day - The session starts at 18:30 and lasts approximately 3.5 hours.
Seven-course tasting menu 695:- per person.
Japanese tasting menu with overnight stay in a double room and breakfast 1195:- per person.
